At The Crescent Moon, we appreciate that there may be times when the session needs to be rescheduled or canceled either by the therapist or the client. To ensure a sense of responsibility, we have laid certain guidelines when it comes to cancellations. In case you need to cancel or reschedule the session, you will need to inform The Crescent Moon 24 hours prior to your session. If you do not show up for a session without canceling or informing your therapist with prior notice, you will be charged for the session, with a citation of 'no show'. If you are late in joining the session, if not informed about the delay, the therapist will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. In case you do not show up, the therapist will end the meeting, with a citation of 'canceled'. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if the therapist is unavailable for your scheduled session, you are eligible for a reschedule with no additional cost or a complete refund for that session.
In the unlikely event of a client making a duplicate payment, it will be placed 'On Account' indicating the amount is due to the remitter. The credit will be available to be used against future invoices. This amount can be refunded if the client makes a request in writing. This policy applies only to individual accounts. If a corporate account issues a duplicate or erroneous payment, The Crescent Moon shall refund it within 24-72 working hours.

Credit Card/ Debit Card

Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account)/ UPI Linked Bank Account/ NEFT to Bank Account

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has expired and you are yet to receive the refund, please contact your credit/debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds will not be processed to third-party accounts.
