Being a Psychologist by profession and a spiritual seeker she wanted a more holistic and wellness method that could help individuals in a more profound manner by realising their inner selves.

She is a Vedic counselor, a Psychologist, helping her clients to deal with the mental health issues not with just Psychology but a an approach that is more drenched with the knowledge and wisdom of Indian Knowledge System and wellness.

Her skills and expertise of dealing with individuals and children by bringing a new holistic approach of well being is her forte backed by in depth knowledge of the fields and its practical applicability.

Also she has dealt with more than 100s of clients and has trained over 1000 people in the area of mental health. Has worked with many organisation and school with events and curriculum development and training.
