4. We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our web site(s). Your IP address is used to help identify you but contains no personal information about you.

5. We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our wervices are temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

All information (and copies thereof) collected by TCM, including without limitation SPDI, Usage information and other information related to your access and use of the services offered by TCM, may be retained by TCM for such period as necessary, including but not limited to, for purposes such as compliance with statutory or legal obligations, tax laws and potential evidentiary purposes and for other reasonable purposes such as to implement, administer, and manage your access and use of our services, or resolution of any disputes.

b) If TCM is required to share such confidential information to any authority by law; and

c) If you have claimed health care insurance and such confidential information is required by the insurer.
