Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps a person to work on their acceptance skills and increases the commitment to constructive behavior, action and value. ACT is based upon the premise that acceptance can help render flexibility in their nature. It is to decrease the struggle to control various aspects of their life and help get involved in constructive tasks.
