Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, a form of psychotherapy is often referred to as guided hypnosis. It uses relaxation, concentration and concentrated attention to achieve a higher level of consciousness or mindfulness. In other terms, it induces a 'trance'. Trance can be defined as an altered level of consciousness in a person.

Hypnotherapy utilizes hypnosis and related techniques to help people with certain symptoms or illnesses that they have been struggling with. It works by establishing a hypnotic state characterized by waking awareness, allowing people to experience detached outward attention while focusing on internal experiences. It provides self-awareness, increases focus on the problem areas being dealt with and provides relaxation that creates an ease factor while exploring one's fear,

Hypnotherapists use various kinds of techniques in their hypnotherapy sessions like:
- Relaxation techniques
- Suggestions to change one's perspective or behavior
- An exploration of the past to arrive at the root of the underlying issue
- Coping mechanisms

Hypnotherapy can help with:
Chronic Pain
Anxiety
Fears/ Phobias
Depression
Addiction
