Avoidant Personality Disorder
Individuals with this disorder avoid any type of social contact because they hold onto certain false beliefs about themselves such as they are not worthy or appealing enough or inferior. They show extreme shyness and are overly sensitive to criticism and rejections. They are often called “people-pleaser” because they try hard enough to avoid conflicts.

The symptoms can look different for everyone but it is crucial to understand the common symptoms associated with depression. The symptoms must be experienced for at least two weeks and affecting your functioning for you to be diagnosed with depression.
