Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorders refer to the mental health condition in which there are extreme shifts in the mood of the person. There are usually two major phases a person goes through, manic phase (excessive elevation of mood) and depressive phase (extremely low mood)
Bipolar disorder is fairly common these days and can be easily managed through psychotherapy and medications.
