Panic Disorder

Panic disorder is a mental health disorder that refers to the recurrent panic attacks that are unexpected by the person.
Panic attack can be described as a sudden feeling of intense level of fear and discomfort that can feel like it’s reaching the peak within a few minutes. It feels extremely overwhelming and makes it difficult to breath, increased sweating, and increased heart rate.
